Coming from a background in film studies, I approach every shoot the way I approached writing short films - by developing a theme, a plot, and a sense of drive. I focus on the feeling you get from the photos. I prioritize texture and emotion over perfection. I love getting to know each of my clients on a personal level so it feels less like a photoshoot and more like two friends getting together to create something meaningful.
